Welcome to the Strong Girl Universe!

At Coach O Athletics, it is Coach O's goal to help girls, to young women, all the way to our matriarchs become stronger and more confident through strength training, workouts, and a leading a healthier life.

You are here because you have a young lady aged 9 to 13 who you want to get stronger, more coordinated, more athletic, and more confident in her movements.

This can lead to greater success in athletics by:

-developing strength & coordination

-creating more power

-becoming faster & more agile

-decreasing risk of injury

-and allowing her to be more athletic and make adjustments so much quicker (coaches love this)

Introducing The Strong Start Program...

The Strong Start Program is a 6 week online based program dedicated to youth athletes ages 9 to 13 to help them create great training habits and find confidence in a range of movements.

The first goal is to establish foundational movement patterns that your athlete will use for the rest of her training and athletic life.

We do this through a custom workout program with 2 to 3 workouts per week.

Next, we will find consistency and enjoyment in the training to create great habits and see themselves getting stronger and moving better week after week.

Last, we combine a solid training program with group community, coaching calls, and accountability to max out the ability to reach your goals in this 6 week period.

This program begins January 8th and will be an exciting and positive start to the New Year!

What You Get:

By signing up for the Strong Start Program you and your starter will receive:

  1. A personalized workout program* dedicated to your athlete's goals sent to you through a private app (6 weeks of workouts sent straight to your phone or computer)
  2. A private community where the Strong Girl members and/or parents of members can communicate, share their experiences, and ask questions (others going through the same situations as you!)
  3. Weekly coaching calls from Coach O - where she will teach a lesson about health/fitness and create community throughout the group (We only reach our goals through accountability and community)
  4. 1:1 access to Coach O through email and text where she can correct any form questions, make workout modifications, and help guide you through your workouts! (Coach O cares about your success as an individual)
  5. Focus on helping your athlete reach their goals in 6 weeks and set the stage for what it looks like after the program and the future of their training (not just rush you in and rush you out). We're in it for the long run here girl ;)

*Equipment needed for the workouts: dumbbells, long and short resistance bands, TRX/Rings/Pull-Up system, bench/box, (barbell optional but great if you have access to one!)
