At Coach O Athletics, it is Coach O's goal to help girls, to young women, all the way to our matriarchs become stronger and more confident through strength training, workouts, and leading a healthier life.

You are here because you are a strong girl between the ages of 18 and 30 who we have named our STRONG SISTERS.

In this group, we have some different needs and wants compared to other ages...

Maybe you are...

-a college athlete that wants to include other training around your heavy lifts

-a college student that wants to train in an athletic fashion and not just hit your typical cardio-bunny or bro-splits

-a young professional that wants to stay toned and athletic, keep your energy high, and still be able to throw some weight around

-a sister that wants to continue to train well and just needs a plan that keeps her interested & on track to her goals, and a group surrounding her and cheering for her

If you are any one of those or a combination of them - this is for you!

Introducing The Strong Sisters Program...

The Strong Sisters Program is a 6 week online based program dedicated to strong girls ages 18 to 30 to help you stay committed to the gym, get stronger and more athletic, achieve your goals you've always wanted, and find confidence in yourself!

The first goal is to establish foundational movement patterns that you will use for the rest of your training and athletic life.

We do this through a custom workout program with 3 to 4 workouts per week.

Next, we will find consistency in a training schedule and enjoyment in the workouts to create great habits and see yourself getting stronger and moving better week after week.

Last, we combine a solid training program with group community, coaching calls, and accountability to max out the ability to reach your goals in this 6 week period.

This program begins January 8th and will be an exciting and positive start to the New Year!

What You Get:

By signing up for the Strong Sister Program you and will receive:

  1. A personalized workout program* dedicated to your goals sent to you through a private app (6 weeks of workouts sent straight to your phone or computer)
  2. A private community where the Strong Sisters will come together to communicate, share their experiences, and ask questions (others going through the same situations as you!) And we will talk about more than just the program - go ahead and spill that tea!
  3. Weekly coaching calls from Coach O - where she will teach a lesson about health/fitness and create community throughout the group (We only reach our highest goals through accountability and community)
  4. 1:1 access to Coach O through email and text where she can correct any form questions, make workout modifications, and help guide you through your workouts like equipment set-up and exercise-weight-selection (Coach O cares about your success as an individual)
  5. Focus on helping you reach YOUR goals in 6 weeks and set the stage for what it looks like after the program and the future of your training (not just rush you in and rush you out). We're in it for the long run here girl... ;)

*Equipment needed for the workouts: dumbbells, long and short resistance bands, TRX/Ring/Pull Up system, bench/box, (barbell optional but great if you have access to one!)
